[ About ] // We Code Coders
A room where people build things.
We are not a course, a cohort, or a funnel. We are a room where people build things and show their working, and there is space in it for everyone.
Nobody here asks what you have shipped before, or where you are from. They ask what you are shipping now, and whether you want a hand with it.
Everything we run ends the same way: with something that exists, in public, with your name on it.
There is no application form and no screening call. There is a date, a room, and whatever you are working on. The only thing we ask is that you are willing to show it before it is finished, because a room full of polished work goes quiet and a room full of broken work does not.
[ 01 ] // Why it exists
Most events are things you attend. Very few are things you do.
A workshop where somebody talks for three hours leaves you with notes. A mass hackathon leaves you with a submission form and a leaderboard you never look at again. Both are easy to run and neither reliably produces anything you would put your name on.
We run the other kind. Smaller, with a deadline and a room. The measure of whether an event worked is not how many people came — it is how many left with something that exists.
[ 02 ] // What we believe
- 01Make before you feel ready.
- 02Show the process, not the polish.
- 03Give feedback you would want to receive.
- 04Leave with something real.
Build in public. Leave with proof.
[ 03 ] // How an event is designed
01
Brief
A constraint tight enough to start on the same day you hear it.
02
People
Teams form in the room, mixed by experience on purpose.
03
Deadline
Short enough to force decisions, long enough to finish something.
04
Work
The middle of every event is just people building, together.
05
Demonstration
It runs in front of the room, or it does not go up.
06
Proof
A URL, a repository, a recording. Something that outlives the day.
[ 04 ] // How it went
- Early 2026A message in a group chat asking whether anyone wanted to sit in a room and build.
- February 2026Nineteen people, one broken projector, and a rule about showing unfinished work.
- Through 2026Build nights, a workshop series, and a demo day where everything had to actually run.
- NextMore formats, more first-timers, and the same refusal to make any of it exclusive.
